We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Worker, Fruit to join our team at Di Ciocco Farms Incorporated. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of our fruit and vegetable crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
  • Hand harvest fruits and vegetables, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Level the earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a smooth and even surface.
  • Pack fruits and vegetables for distribution and sale.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, using your knowledge of crop care and maintenance.
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, promoting healthy plant growth.
  • Fertilize and spray crops, using environmentally friendly methods.
  • Harvest crops at the optimal time, ensuring maximum quality and yield.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market, ensuring only the best products reach our customers.
  • Cut horticultural crops, using precision and care.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced agricultural environment, with repetitive tasks and physical demands.
  • Use hand-eye coordination and color recognition to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Stand for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity.
  • Bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks, using proper lifting techniques.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Experience:
