Office Coordinator and Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator and Administrative Support Professional to join our team at GLOBAL COURIER SERVICES LTD.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars and conferences, establishing office procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition to your administrative expertise, you will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a high level of attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Requirements- Degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Basic security clearance (required)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
