About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Guide to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a Product Guide, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly integrate this knowledge into guest interactions in an authentic way.
  • Brand Ambassador: Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem-solving.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.
  • Store Operations: Support in elevating the guest experience by working with the store leadership team on projects and brand initiatives.
  • Merchandising and In-Store Experience: Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
  • Store Tasks: Support with and participate in various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Availability Requirements
  • Availability: You are available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week.
  • Business Needs: Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager.
