Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and share your knowledge with guests to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador, both in-store and in the community, to promote our values and mission.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests through exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store leadership team to elevate the guest experience, support in-store initiatives, and maintain an open and collaborative relationship with the team.
  • Store Operations: Assist with various store tasks, including receiving and unpacking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
