About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at D ALLIANCE MOTORS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and dispatching.
  • Monitor and Report on the performance of our drivers, including safety records, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, including scheduling and overseeing repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
