Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop truck drivers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
