As an Assistant Store Manager at Rogers Communications, Inc., you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that our stores are well-maintained, visually appealing, and meet our high standards for customer service.
