We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at Graceland Cottages. As a key member of our grounds team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, promoting healthy growth and development.
  • Remove litter and garbage, keeping our outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our grounds.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, adding color and vibrancy to our outdoor spaces.
  • Perform housekeeping activities, ensuring our grounds are always clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in landscape maintenance, hotel, motel, or resort settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
