Job Title: Grounds Maintainer

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintainer to join our team at Graceland Cottages. As a Grounds Maintainer, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to ensure they are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Perform tasks such as mowing, pruning, and weeding to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best.
  • Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening tools.
  • Remove litter and debris from outdoor areas.
  • Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • May be required to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
