Household Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Maintenance Associate to join our team at Evangeline Cometa. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential property.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a 30-hour workweek. You will work independently, but also as part of a team, to ensure the smooth operation of our household. Your tasks will include sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, making beds and changing sheets, distributing clean towels and toiletries, cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, picking up debris and emptying trash containers, laundering clothing and household linens, mending clothing and linens, and performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties. You may also be required to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, be physically capable of handling heavy loads, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work under pressure, handle repetitive tasks, and be punctual and dependable. Additionally, you must be willing to relocate for this position and currently reside in proximity to the advertised location. Previous experience in this field of employment is an asset.
