We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Maintenance Associate to join our team at Nixon & Jovaliza Pascual. This permanent position offers 30 hours of work per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's home, including sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting and area rugs, making beds and changing sheets, and other light housekeeping duties. Additionally, they will need to address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have excellent oral communication skills, be punctual, dependable, flexible, and possess initiative and judgement. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis.
