About the Role:
As a Dealer Account Manager at CARFAX, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing strong relationships with our dealer partners. This position requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealer partners to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealer partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to resolve issues and provide process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, and sales.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
