We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team at Nanaimo Home Furnishings. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
The successful candidate will work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment with a team of 1 to 10 people. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The work hours are 35 to 40 hours per week.
