Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa Johns Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 32 to 44 hours per week. Free parking is available on site.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
