Senior Marketing Strategy Lead, Amazon Ads Scalability

As a Senior Marketing Strategy Lead, you'll play a critical role in building a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
About this Role:
You'll own the technical plan and roadmap for Reporting Experiences, including Engines and APIs, and manage priorities for a team of 30. Your technical expertise and high judgement will enable you to successfully manage reporting contracts and SLAs with 40+ active clients, including tier-1 advertiser experiences like campaign management across all ad products offered by Amazon Ads.
This leader will help build new scaled marketing initiatives from the ground up and grow existing initiatives. You'll be directly responsible for the program's operational health, defining key metrics, monitoring them, and making necessary improvements.
Collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders, you'll need to dive deep to learn and understand the scaled marketing needs of customers. You'll need to comprehend our complex software architecture and the teams that build and maintain it.
Your success in this role requires you to collaborate with senior leaders/execs across Amazon Ads and influence their priorities and roadmaps.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
