Event Planning Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an Event Planning Specialist to join our team at Silverstar Brewing Corporation. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events that align with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan events, including logistics, vendor management, and timelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure event success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial transparency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
