Data Management Director

BioScript Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our senior technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development and operation of our data management practice.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic and operational governance processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Data Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of our data strategy, focusing on meeting business needs and requirements.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to leverage data and improve our economic, competitive, and operational positioning.
- Data Governance: Establish and manage our data governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading by example and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in data management or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Education: University degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or engineering.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of data management, data governance, and data analytics, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
