Job Summary:

This is a challenging opportunity to join TD's Financial Restructuring Group as a highly skilled professional. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for restructuring credit deals, establishing loan pricing, and ensuring products and services operate in a compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restructure credit deals to protect the Bank's shareholders and minimize risk.
  • Establish loan pricing and fees commensurate with the risk profile of the relationship.
  • Develop creative solutions to minimize risk and provide support and flexibility to clients during the restructuring period.
  • Monitor and control the portfolio, providing feedback to the Manager Commercial Credit.
  • Understand the market and industries within the portfolio to ensure value-added service is provided to clients while mitigating risk to the Bank.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Account Manager in a Business Banking environment.
  • Well-developed financial acumen analysis skills, solid relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to building and fostering strong business relationships.
