Compensation

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager, Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing personal business plans and activity-based sales strategies to drive growth of equipment loans and leases.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and develop credit packages to support larger dollar transactions.
- Communicate directly with internal partners, customers, and external professionals to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prioritize client and business needs, valuing collaboration to achieve shared objectives and strategic initiatives effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial services sales experience, preferably in equipment financing and leasing.
- Strong background in financial analysis and credit packaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to understand financial statements and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
