About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager, Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing personal business plans and activity-based sales strategies to drive growth of equipment loans and leases.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze financial statements and develop credit packages to support larger dollar transactions.
  2. Communicate directly with internal partners, customers, and external professionals to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  3. Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Prioritize client and business needs, valuing collaboration to achieve shared objectives and strategic initiatives effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services sales experience, preferably in equipment financing and leasing.
  • Strong background in financial analysis and credit packaging.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand financial statements and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
