Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the business, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

  • Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
