Job Title: Credit Bureau Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Bureau Collections Specialist to join our team at Collectrite Credit Bureau Collections.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to identify potential debtors.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents to facilitate debt recovery.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Trace and locate debtors to facilitate debt recovery.
  • Research records, court files, and other legal documents to support debt recovery efforts.
  • Collect payments from debtors and complete credit and loan documentation.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and patterns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
