Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization
    • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve organizational goals
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of resources
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
    • Manage budgets and resources to achieve organizational objectives
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
    • Ability to manage budgets and resources
Working Conditions
