About the Role:

The MEARIE Group is seeking a highly experienced and visionary President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our utility sector operations. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the company's vision, strategy, and overall direction, ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.
  • Lead the executive team in executing the company's vision and strategy, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.
  • Oversee the management of all aspects of the company, including financial performance, environmental sustainability, and safety.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive innovation and growth through the development and implementation of new business initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a CEO or in a similar executive role in the utility sector.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for driving innovation and growth, with a focus on customer-centric values and environmental sustainability.
