Computer Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at TECHMATE TRADERS. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our computer systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring they are within approved limits
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, ensuring they meet company requirements
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams
