Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at TECHMATE TRADERS INC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our computer systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring we stay within our allocated resources
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, working closely with our clients to meet their needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and make informed decisions
