Job Title: Computer Systems Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at TECHMATE TRADERS. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our computer systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and making improvements as needed
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring we stay within our allocated resources
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, working closely with our development team
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in computer systems management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in computer programming, networking hardware and software, and enterprise applications integration
