We are seeking a skilled and reliable Interior Finisher Helper to join our team at EMT Contractor Division Inc.

Job Summary:

The Interior Finisher Helper will assist in the completion of interior finishing tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, mixing, pouring, and spreading materials, and performing routine maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Working Conditions:

The Interior Finisher Helper will work in a construction site environment, which may be noisy and dusty.
