Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for interior design? Do you have a keen eye for colour and a talent for creating beautiful spaces? We are seeking an experienced Interior Decorator to join our team at Ben and Britt at Home Inc.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Interior Decorator to work with our clients to create stunning interior spaces that reflect their unique style and needs. As an Interior Decorator, you will be responsible for advising clients on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials, as well as supervising staff and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and safety requirements
  • Advise on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards
  • Supervise staff or team members
  • Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets the client's expectations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in interior design or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SketchUp
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail
