Job Summary
The Government of Alberta is seeking highly skilled administrative professionals to join our Administrative Talent Pool. As an Administrative Talent Pool Coordinator, you will provide support to various operations within the government, working closely with program teams to ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to program teams, including managing records, scheduling calendars, and ordering office supplies.
- Assist with drafting and formatting office correspondence, including emails.
- Support finance teams with financial document completion, reconciliation, and petty cash management.
- Provide information and handle public inquiries regarding government programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulation, and policy.
Qualifications
- Administrative Support 3 - High School diploma plus a minimum of one year of related administrative experience.
- Administrative Support 4 - High School diploma plus a minimum of two years of related administrative experience.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Minimum of one year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
