Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Scheduling Architect to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ambulatory scheduling solutions using Cerner Millennium Win Scheduling applications.
About the Role
- Design and implement scalable and efficient ambulatory scheduling systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance overall system performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our scheduling solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cerner Millennium Win Scheduling applications or similar healthcare scheduling systems.
- Expert-level understanding of workflow analysis, implementation, training, evaluation, testing, maintenance, and support.
- Demonstrated ability to build and extend recommendations to scheduling testing scripts and development.
- Strong skills in understanding Sch tools of both front-end and back-end, with experience in PM office and Bedrock.
- Proficiency in CCL for scripting, customizations, queries, and knowledge transfer.
