Financial Reporting and Analysis

As a key member of the LotusFlare team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data. You will conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide insights to management, as well as prepare financial forecasts and budgets, and assist in the development of financial strategies.

Compliance and Audit

You will ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements and coordinate and support external and internal audits. Your expertise in internal controls and accounting policies will be essential in maintaining and enforcing these policies. To qualify for this role, you must have an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. Tax. A CPA designation is also required. You should have a background in tax compliance and accounting for corporate income tax, as well as a broad understanding of federal, state, and local income or franchise tax. Strong software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, are essential. You should be able to analyze complex data from multiple sources and have a high attention to detail. The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects and manage client relationships by ensuring data quality, teaming, and timely deliverables is also required. Ideally, you will also have U.S. tax experience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment, and a high level of drive, motivation, and commitment in conjunction with a mature, proactive approach to work.
