- Assist with the coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Make recommendations for improvements to existing procedures.
- Work Prioritization and Coordination
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Experience and Education
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Hours
- 30 hours per week.
