Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering HR services at a site location, including data entry and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Process HR paperwork and maintain site HR files
- Provide general HR information to team members and prepare team member communications as directed
- Provide administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and directing incoming calls and mail
- May act as payroll backup at some locations and conduct pre-screening activities and schedule interviews
- Maintain site bulletin boards and ensure HR forms are available and up-to-date
- May attend OH&S or Staff Committee meetings and take, prepare, and distribute minutes
- Communicate effectively with all operational departments and build strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
- High School Diploma; Post-secondary education in HR or suitable combination of education and HR experience
- HR Designation an asset
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication
- Computer literacy in MS Office; Oracle or HR systems experience an asset
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
This role will be based in a regular office and casino environment, with non-traditional work hours and some travel required to support surrounding sites.
