Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Security. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Security Guard License
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
This is an on-the-road job with a permanent employment contract. The working hours are 35 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
