About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a Security Guard License.
  • Security Clearance: Hold a Basic security clearance.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week.
