Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and possibly review their performance.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Security License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Be willing to work in an on-the-road environment.
- Language: Be fluent in English.
- Work Hours: Work 35 hours per week.
