Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a dynamic office environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
