Site Administrative Assistant

Pagnotta Industries, Inc. is a mid-sized, full-service provider of concrete, construction, and tower crane and hoist services with job sites located throughout Western Canada. We are dedicated to providing value-added construction services to our customers by creating a successful partnership with them throughout the construction process.

We are currently recruiting a Site Administrative Assistant in Dawson Creek, BC to assist site management staff with fast-paced and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and maintaining electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Maintaining and printing crew sign-in sheets.
  • Completing payroll entries for company and sub-trade workers.
  • Developing and maintaining technical lists, such as phone and email lists or other project-related forms.
  • Writing letters and emails, developing, and maintaining data sheets.
  • Developing and maintaining meetings and activities scheduled for project personnel.
  • Scanning and copying documents.
  • Setting up meetings.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who can work independently.
  • Able to juggle many competing priorities.
  • A positive team player.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Valid license. Having a personal vehicle is an asset.
