Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Administrative Assistant to assist site management staff with fast-paced and challenging projects in Dawson Creek, BC. As a member of our team, you will provide clerical support to project managers and superintendents, or other site personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete payroll entries for company and sub-trade workers
  • Develop and maintain technical lists, such as phone/email lists or other project-related forms
  • Write letters and emails, develop, and maintain data sheets
  • Develop and maintain meetings and activities scheduled for project personnel
Requirements
  • 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Valid license
  • Personal vehicle is an asset
