Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorative Finishing Specialist to join our team at CN Architectural Millwork and Construction Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying finishes to custom cabinets, millwork, and other wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paints, stains, and varnishes to wood surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
  • Prepare and apply stencils, decals, and other decorative items to finished products.
  • Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
  • Operate equipment to spray or coat wood surfaces with finishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
