Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with people management experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to overall sprint planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Plan, architect, and implement new features following best practices
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Maintain and update documentation, ensuring SDLC processes and release flow are followed

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer

● 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading and mentoring a team of engineers

● Proficiency in one or more of React/Redux, Nest.js, Next.js, PHP, Java

● PostgreSQL, DocumentDB

● Redis

● Docker

● AWS

● Gitlab CI/CD (a plus)

Education

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

● Industry recognized certification in testing practices and Agile certifications are a plus
