Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with people management experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize projects, ensuring that they align with business objectives.
  • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, customers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update documentation to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Proficiency in one or more of React/Redux, PHP, Java.
  • PostgreSQL, DocumentDB.
  • Redis.
  • Docker.
  • AWS.
  • Gitlab CI/CD (a plus).

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry recognized certification in testing practices and Agile certifications are a plus.
