Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with leadership skills to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality software.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
  • Plan, architect, and implement new features following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Maintain and update documentation.
  • Ensure the SDLC processes and release flow are followed.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to discuss long-term plans.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Proficiency in one or more of React/Redux, PHP, Java.
  • PostgreSQL, DocumentDB.
  • Redis.
  • Docker.
  • AWS.
  • Gitlab CI/CD (a plus).

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry recognized certification in testing practices and Agile certifications are a plus.
