Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Donor Outreach Campaigner. As a key member of our outreach and fundraising team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with donors and supporters to help drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise Awareness and Generate Support: Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness about our organization's mission and goals, and generate support from donors and supporters.
  • Engage with Donors: Build and maintain relationships with donors through regular communication, ensuring they feel valued and informed about our work.
  • Drive Donor Engagement: Develop and execute plans to increase donor engagement and retention, including regular updates and recognition of their contributions.
  • Meet Fundraising Goals: Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to meet or exceed annual fundraising goals.
Requirements
  • Passion for Social Impact: A strong passion for creating positive social change and a deep understanding of the issues we are working to address.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and supporters.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals, with a strong focus on results-oriented work.
