Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at UMBRELLAR CANADA. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring, including resilient, hardwood, and carpet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Install carpeting on floors and walls
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 44 hours of work per week
Work Environment

Our team works in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working in dusty conditions. You must be able to distinguish between colors and have good hand-eye coordination.
