Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at GTR Express Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
  • Provide customer service
  • Coaching
  • Manage events
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

The language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 40 to 50 hours per week.
