Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Maharajah Grocerzs INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to help them overcome any challenges they may be facing.
  • Train workers in their duties and policies, and arrange for additional training to be provided as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their performance targets.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
