Job Summary

Convoy Supply is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily warehouse operations of our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products to job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to receive, store, and distribute building materials
  • Assist in hiring and managing warehouse staff
  • Manage warehouse staff schedules and attendance
  • Dispatch or oversee the dispatching of trucks for timely and accurate delivery of product
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are pulled timely and accurately
  • Participate in inventory control, including purchasing, cycle counts, and reviewing damaged and outdated stock
  • Ensure branch safety compliance and operating standards
  • Oversee maintenance and operation of tractors, trailers, and forklifts

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or similar environment
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and English verbal and written skills
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly each day
  • Reliable, safe, and a team player
  • High School degree or GED, college courses a plus
