About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Systematix Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Federal Government department on a project that involves business analysis and process improvement.

About the Project

The client is looking for a Business Analyst to assist in the renewal and update of business rules in an existing risk model and application of same rules to a risk evaluation engine. The successful candidate will work closely with the ESG-I team to identify changes in business terms and recognize the impact of solutions on related applications, business processes, and data integrity.

About the Responsibilities
  • Utilize business analysis techniques to uncover business needs and translate them into inputs for Agile teams.
  • Identify changes in business terms due to the introduction of new digital capabilities.
  • Recognize proactively where solutions impact related applications, business processes, or data/information integrity.
  • Present complex or conflicting situations/issues to stakeholders.
  • Use persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Lead informative, well-organized presentations and facilitate sessions to review requirements and identify gaps.
  • Deliver clear, complete, and usable documentation that is right-sized for the product.
About the Qualifications
  • Solutions-oriented problem-solving.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate complex sessions involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively capture existing process, data, and technology and translate into future state requirements.
  • Demonstrated 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile Delivery Practices.
