Compensation: Total package valued at $95K–$130K, including a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based incentives.

Job SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst will be at the forefront of our consulting engagements, responsible for analyzing client needs, designing data and technology solutions, and leading project execution.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver insights and implement tools that enhance business performance.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Business Process Analysis: Lead the analysis of complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Solution Design: Work with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Provide detailed specifications and workflows to guide development and implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners. Facilitate communication and ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and manage risks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making. Develop and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend new technologies or systems that could benefit the business. Ensure that technology solutions are effectively integrated into business processes.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Develop tailored solutions that leverage our expertise in business, data, and technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of successfully delivering business solutions and leading projects. Experience in a senior or lead role is required.
- Security Clearance: Successful candidates required to gain Secret Level Security Clearance
